Join us on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 from 11:30am until 1:00pm at Widespread Solutions office located at 6033 Mechanicsville Turnpike in Mechanicsville for a lesson on self care and wellness lead by Daniel and McKenzie Payne, Owners of Widespread Solutions and The IMPOWER Experience. Learn skills to help you release stress, overcome fear, and to guide you to your true nature. This event will include a breath work session, movement, yoga and a Q & A session. Boxed lunches will be catered by Homemade By Suzanne. You will be prompted to make your meal selection when you register for this event and the cost is only $20.00. This is a great meeting for everyone to attend and we look forward to seeing everyone there!
