Paul Lamborn is the Sales & Operations Manager for the Tech Painting Co. Richmond Office. He is a graduate of George Mason University and previously worked for the Sherwin-Williams Company and brings over 15 years of experience in the Painting & Decorating industry. When he is not working he enjoys hanging out with his wife Brittney and dog Kaia and is a passionate Philadelphia sports fan. He is currently serving as President on the 2021 Board.

James is a Richmond native and lived in Alaska and South Carolina until returning to Richmond in 2000. He is the founder and owner of Envirowash, established in 2001. James enjoys family time with his wife Sandi , 3 children and 5 grandchildren. He usually fits a few rounds of golf in between family and business as time permits. James is proud to currently serve the Richmond Chapter of PCA as First Vice President.

Kenneth Murray is currently the Vice President at L.K. Vass, Inc. Kenneth brings over 19 years of experience in the Painting & Decorating industry as the former Vice President of Sales and Estimating at W.W. Nash & Sons and in sales for the Sherwin-Williams Company. When he is not working he enjoys hanging out with his wife Kristin and Daughter Payton and is a passionate about fishing and golf. He currently serving as our 2nd Vice President and served as President on the 2020 Board.

Emily is a graduate of VCU and begin her journey in the paint industry as a part time office assistant at W.W. Nash and Sons. Emily is now a estimator and has come to appreciate and enjoy the construction industry in a new way. In her free time, Emily enjoys taking walks around Richmond, finding new fun places to eat, and enjoy quality time with her friends. Being newer to the painting industry, Emily is excited to learn and to see where her career path takes her.

Having joined his father and grandfather’s business in 1994, Rick has been vital in the growth and modernization of H.J. Holtz & Son, Inc. Now President, he has been instrumental in initiating relationships with contractors not only in the Richmond area, but in Charlottesville, Fredericksburg, Williamsburg, and Tappahannock, VA to name a few. He has also added technology to the business and is making the most of modern amenities such as specialized computer software, digital photography, and paint removal equipment. Rick has maintained and built on the strong work ethic and professionalism set forth by his father and grandfather. He is respected for his determination and integrity in his business and with his family. We are grateful to have him serving as Treasurer of the Richmond Chapter of the PCA on the 2021 Board!
Catherine Touchette is the Office Manager for Widespread Solutions, LLC. Catherine has been with Widespread Solutions since March 2016 and has been in the construction industry for over 16 years. Catherine has gained much experience about the painting and decorating industry in the time she has worked for Widespread Solutions. In her spare time, Catherine works as a volunteer with several local animal welfare organizations as a licensed wildlife rehabilitator and a foster for critical and special needs cats . Catherine enjoys spending time with her family and friends, crafting, taking trips to the beach with her mom, and photography. Catherine currently serves as Secretary for the Richmond PCA.

Past President - 2019 Board President
Roy is a native of Richmond and graduate from Collegiate High School. While majoring in Psychology at Va. Tech he served as the Chaplain of the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets his senior year. He has been painting professionally for over 35 years and is the owner of Paint It Right, LLC. Roy and his wife Pam have two grown daughters and enjoy 6 grandchildren (soon to be 8). Roy is an active leader in the Royal Rangers ministry at his church, West End Assembly of God, where he mentors young boys. His favorite activity other than time with his family is backpacking and camping. Roy served as the President on the 2019 Richmond PDCA Board.

Graduate of Virginia Military Institute 1999, RPCA member since 2011, Started Widespread Solutions in 2005. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife McKenzie, their and three sons; Jack, Gabriel, & Cooper , and their yellow lab, Lola. Other passions include hunting, fishing, various forms of fitness, hiking, camping, going & doing…something somewhere outside. Daniel served as President on the 2018 Board.
