She brings her 30 years of corporate marketing experience and is passionate about supporting small businesses to navigate growth. Upon retiring from DuPont in 2019, she started a non profit for the special needs community called Nest Academy where she raised over$600,000 in just 4 years by using strategic marketing tools and strategies. Her Project Management Professional certification and her engineering degree gives her the ability to help businesses streamline processes to be more effective. Her business approach includes coming alongside owners, training existing staff techniques to gain market share through communications and allow the existing organization to execute the plan.
