Does opening your inbox fill you with anxiety? Suhaiba will teach us how to use the simple system she created and uses herself to get ALL of her inboxes close to zero on a daily basis. She’ll also walk us around her “Customer Experience Circle” and outline the ultimate system for delivering an exceptional customer experience through the use of consistent and repeatable systems and processes. Come ready with questions as well, she’ll be more than happy to answer them, as her favorite thing to be is helpful. This event will be held at W.W. Nash & Son’s Office located at 1400 Brook Road; Richmond, VA 23220. Dinner will be catered by Jason’s Deli and an assortment of turkey and roast beef sandwiches will be served.
